Rogue Audio Choowie Print Shirt
OK, posse, I may have let you down by not getting you the info on this commemorative wooden jigsaw puzzle in time, but it’s not too late to get a commemorative T-shirt. The shirt features the Choowie character from the 2008 Rogue Audio album, Haphazard. The 9-color print is an edition of 60 white T-shirts for just over $20 (marked down from $70) from oki-ni. Size large only. Guess that makes up for this.
Rogue Audio Jigsaw Puzzle
Not quite quick enough on this one, I’m afraid. Oki-ni just put up for sale an edition of 24 wooden jigsaw puzzles based on Jon’s art for the 2008 Rogue Audio album, Haphazard.
This is a specially created Rogue Audio Jigsaw for oki-ni.com in conjunction with the artist Jon Burgerman and record label Global Underground, to celebrate the release of Rogue Audio’s new album “Haphazard”.
There are only 24 of these in existence so we don’t expect them to last too long!!! An amazing collectors piece and executed to the highest spec, these really are amazing. Get one fast.
Somehow I didn’t know these existed, but when Oki-ni dropped them to just £8.00, they promptly sold out.
Rogue Audio Haphazard Album Art
In 2008, Jon did some great album artwork for Haphazard by London DJ Cass aka Rogue Audio. The Rogue Audio MySpace page describes it like this:
The album happily traverses the rugged ground from ambient, through hip-hop, drum and bass to live broken beats. Featuring Cass on vocals on various tracks, this is the natural and impressive evolution of an already illustrious production career.
The equally impressive - and distinctively edgy – album artwork is the joint creation of Cass, and the genius artist and scribbler, Jon Burgerman.
Definitely check out the MySpace page because there are slideshows of a design by Jon that fans have tacked up around the world (a few selected images appear here). Jon also did a limited edition (100 worldwide; 10 signed) prints for the release of the album. As of right now, the prints are still available at UK menswear lifestylers oki-ni here for £18.00 (down from £36.00).
